Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: For this reason, we ask that you follow our cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. Late Cancellations: If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, a $40 cancellation fee will apply. At our discretion, this fee may be deducted from your balance, gift certificate, or sent via payment link. Otherwise, it must be paid before booking your next session. No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full price of the session. Future appointments may be denied until payment is received. Out of respect for your therapist and fellow clients, please plan accordingly to arrive on time.
